About the Role
The Talent Management Executive role is a key operational position within Smart Working’s global recruitment and talent division. You’ll serve as the central connection point between candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery teams — ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring experience from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate documentation, ensuring process accuracy, and maintaining communication standards that reflect Smart Working’s high-performance culture. This role is ideal for someone with a structured mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for people operations.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Handle over 100+ interview schedules per month across multiple time zones with precision.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documentation with 100% accuracy.
- ATS Management: Update and track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever preferred).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between recruiters, sales, delivery teams, and candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates receive professional, empathetic communication throughout the process.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate offers, background checks, and document collection for smooth onboarding.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for operational improvement and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in ChatGPT and Google Sheets for communication and data management.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work effectively across remote, cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing high-volume, detail-oriented work with accuracy.
Nice to Have
- Technical background (education or experience).
- Exposure to remote-first or globally distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred).

Pay Range
The expected salary for this role at Smart Working Solutions is PKR 250,000 – 400,000 per month, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. Compensation may vary for international candidates.
