RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Social Media Specialist to join its growing marketing team. This position is fully remote and perfect for someone who loves creativity, strategy, and digital engagement.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative professional who can develop and manage engaging social media campaigns. You will take full ownership of RYNO’s social ecosystem—building brand awareness, improving engagement, and driving measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RYNO’s complete social media strategy.
- Manage content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
- Create visually appealing, on-brand social media posts for all major platforms.
- Analyze audience insights and optimize campaigns using data and trends.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, design, and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and executive teams to align campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend fresh strategies.
- Report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Maintain compliance and documentation for social workflows and policies.
- Support podcasts, short-form videos, and live content creation.
Who You Are
You are a creative storyteller and a social media strategist. You love crafting engaging posts, tracking results, and improving performance. You are comfortable on camera and can manage a brand voice confidently across multiple platforms.
You stay updated on the latest trends, know what’s viral, and can adapt strategies quickly. You can take direction, work independently, and thrive under deadlines. You are flexible, accountable, and passionate about digital innovation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in managing B2B or agency social media.
- Strong background in social strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
- Proven record of growing and engaging online audiences.
- Experience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
- Must submit a portfolio of work showing creativity and measurable results.
Salary Range and Compensation
The estimated salary range for the Senior Social Media Specialist role at RYNO Strategic Solutions is $70,000 – $80,000 USD per year.
This range depends on your experience, skills, and location. In addition to the base pay, the company offers quarterly performance-based bonuses and several growth incentives.
