🧭 Key Responsibilities
As an International Salesperson (B2B), you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s client base globally. Your key duties include:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential international B2B clients within the travel technology sector.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop long-term business partnerships through trust, communication, and consistent engagement.
- Market Research: Analyze international trends to identify emerging opportunities and new markets.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle contract discussions, pricing, and final negotiations with professionalism.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, forecasts, and progress updates in CRM tools.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

To excel in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in English — verbal and written communication must be strong.
- Proven experience in B2B International Sales, preferably within the UK or EU markets.
- Knowledge of the wholesale travel industry or travel tech solutions (a strong plus).
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close high-value deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Independence and discipline, capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savviness — comfort using CRMs, online sales tools, and digital platforms.
Availability: Must be available during UK business hours (1 PM – 10 PM Pakistan Time)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in international or B2B sales.
