Position Overview

As an HR/Payroll Implementation Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients to provide technical and functional support for Blue Bison’s payroll software solutions. This role involves a mix of problem-solving, client training, and implementation assistance—making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both technical support and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for clients using HR/payroll software.
• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, employee records, and compliance reporting.
• Guide clients through software features, updates, and best practices.
• Assist with system implementations, data migrations, and onboarding processes.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the internal development and QA teams.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and HR software trends to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or payroll software support.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle multiple support requests with accuracy.
• Team player with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (CPP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with HR/payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or HR Plus.
• Previous experience with Blue Bison’s HR/payroll solutions is a strong plus.
