- Technical Deep Dive (Bug Reports): When a bug is reported, your detective skills kick in:
- Gather all necessary detailed information from the client.
- Attempt to reproduce the issue in a test environment.
- Prepare a clear, concise summary and documentation for our tech team.
- Knowledge Base Enhancement: Systematically document recurring questions and common solutions to help us build and improve our FAQs and knowledge base.
